PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT ON TRAINING AND                      EDUCATION WITH GCMTC SEALED 

FLOCK International Founder & President, Rev. Moises Cuaresma and Dr. Met Castillo, Founder and President of GCMTC (Great Commission Missionary Training Center in the Philippines) enter into partnership agreement for GCMTC to provide training, education, and assistance in the development of FLOCK Philippines students, ministry volunteers and workers through the GCMTC ministries like ALL NATIONS COLLEGE, GC Leadership Academy, GC Church Planting Modules, and other training needs identified by FLOCK.

FLOCK Philippine Chairman & President, Dr. Met Castillo officiated the ordination of Pastor Rey Halili, FMP Executive Director .  

NEW FLOCK PASTOR ORDAINED

Pastor Rey Halili, a familiar name in the Christian community, was ordained Pastor of FLOCK Ministries. Dr. Met Castillo, led the meaningfulordination of Pastor Rey last March 8, 2009, in the presence and blessing of the Rev. Moises Cuaresma, President and Founder of FLOCK International based in Seattle, Washington, USA.

Prior to his ordination, Pastor Rey was formally appointed as the Executive Director for FLOCK Philippines by the FLOCK Philippine Board in its board meeting last March 2009. Among Pastor Rey’s past experiences in secular work includes as Manager-Materials in General Electric Co., Vicks Int’l, and AVP for Administration at Rubberworld, Phils. Inc. At the peak of his career, he resigned and enter the ministry to set up the Alliance Publishers, Inc.for C&MA and CAMACOP. Latter, he became CEO of OMFLiterature, Inc., now the largest Christian publishers in East Asia. He was for over a year function as Chief overseer for PCAC when they have no pastor. Pastor Rey will also lead the local church Team at Antipolo.
